[redacted]'s mom also paysa car payment for her Durango that she purchased from us. Company responded by phone 3/30/16-[redacted]Mr. Michael the owner of the company states that the consumer was not the one that paid the money for the car. He states that the consumer's boyfriend purchased the car but the consumer put the vehicle in her name. Mr. Michael states that the boyfriend got into...

an accident and the consumer called and wanted the company to take the car out of her name so that she would not be responsible for the accident, since there was no insurance on the car. He states that he advised the consumer that it was not that easy. He states that the consumer then advised him that she was going to report the car stolen. Mr. Michael states that the boyfriend called the company and advised him that the consumer was mad since he did not want to have anything to do with her. The boyfriend also advised him that he was not going to make another payment on the car and he was not bringing the car back. Mr. Michael states that he has nothing to do with what the consumer and the boyfriend is going through and that if he does not have either the rest of the money owed on the car or the car within two weeks, he will be taking the consumer to court.
