The hairstylist *** significantly damaged my hair. It was overprocessed and burnt to the point that clumps of my hair fell out and broke off.
The hair salon negligence caused entire front line hair loss leaving me looking bold. Remaining hair is heavily damaged and the breakage is ongoing.

Attached there are before and after pictures/ video of clients hair ***.
After service was done *** left satisfied. The products I use at the salon are well known and used by other stylists. That being matrix light master and goldwell. There is not much else to say the pictures and video is a proof what was done.
I’ve had my business for over 20 years and never had a complaint about the services I provide.

I am rejecting this response because:
The pictures shown in the owner's response reflect the work that was done initially and it needed to be fixed which we agreed on via text. When I came to fix the mistake of the original coloring the hairstylist put in the highlights and then a treatment. She sent me home without washing my hair. Upon washing it I found myself pulling handfuls of hair. And when I brushed it even more hair fell out. And the damaged hair was broken in the front too. I ended up with chopped clumpy hair. It was all from the highlights that the hairstylist did the second time. I immediately contacted her. Her end solution was to sell me a store bought conditioner for $35 "It's a 10".The fact that she never had a complaint before is not true either. Several of her Yelp reviewers went through the same thing as I did. I attached pictures of the damage she made as well as a photo of my hair before her work from the front. It's still keeps breaking when I wash / brush, which should not happen if the job was done professionally.
