that screen. Our secretary even attempted to ask the customer details on the height of the ceiling but the customer quickly responded we have had a screen in this area before so it's not a problem. My secretary put this response in the internal notes of this particular job. My delivery crew did attempt to try and make it work but was unsuccessful. Our contract that she signed electronically states we are not responsible for items not fitting in the space provided. Bottom line is the customer failed to do her homework on what she was renting and now wants a refund. We showed up with the item she rented at the agreed upon time so we held up our end of the contract. I still have to pay for my hard working crew, fuel, insurance, etc.
