$1,132.32 that carried over from 2015. Bringing total due to $1,493.32. The amount she paid in 2016 was $784.60. Leaving a total balance upon departure of $708.72.[redacted] was on a county assistance program that paid for part of her childcare. Our daycare does not determine how much the assisting agency will pay. This is determined by her caseworker and is based off her income, work schedule etc. Whenever a change was made by her assistance program, causing her copay to change, her caseworker would inform BOTH daycare and [redacted] (mom). In addition, the  center director [redacted] also informed [redacted] of any rate changes/balances due.The payments that [redacted] indicated were “due” and that she paid were pre-termination notices that if she did not pay a certain minimum amount on her balance we would not be able to provide care. She did pay the minimum in order to maintain childcare but never took care of her full balances.The balance owed to date is $708.72. As always we are willing to work with [redacted] to set up payment arrangements until balance is paid in full.

Review: My son started going to Just 4 Kids at the Larson Road establishment in Feb. of 2015. I was told by [redacted], the director at the time, that the state was paying for my son, I had no co-pay. She also stated that if there was a change, she would let me know. For several months I was under the impression that I didn't have to pay anything. My hours and pay had not changed, I had set days off so he wasn't a full time student at that time. My friend was telling me everyone's parent payments were getting messed up, and just in case I should ask about my payments. When I asked it was anywhere from late July to early August. I didn't hear anything back until December. In which I was told I owed $385.25. I payed that, plus my parents payment. Which came out to be $413.40

I was getting my taxes done January 25th of 2016. Being that my son is in daycare I was able to get money back for taxes. I needed the tax ID for the center and how much money I paid out of pocket. I had to hassle [redacted], the now director of Just 4 Kids. When I finally got an answer I was told I was behind $1200 and I needed to pay $300 in order to get that information for my taxes. I had not other choice but to pay the $300 plus the $76.20 for my weekly parent payment.Desired Settlement: I would like to not pay the money I "owe". Being that each time they found out I owed money, I had to bring it to their attention. If I had never brought it up, where would I be with my finances? How is it appropriate they are eligible to have the job they do, when they can't keep proper track of finances? In a sense, this is their problem and they should be willing to compromise rather than force me to pay, on top of black mailing me. I've paid a total of $713.40 going towards my back pay.
