regards to billing, we do authorize your credit card at check-in for room and tax as well as any incidentals including pet fees. If necessary, we can change the credit card that was charged.  Additionally, if you would like a final copy of your bill please contact the hotel directly at ###-###-#### and ask to speak to the [redacted]. We would be more than happy to assist with both of these requests. For concerns regarding your IHG Reward Points, we would recommend that you contact IHG Rewards and that team can assist with transferring the Reward Points given for your stay from your mom’s account to your account.Lastly, regarding your stay on November 24th would be more than happy refund your credit card in the amount of $111.67. Dear Ms. [redacted], Thank you for your response. Adam [redacted], our [redacted], has called and left multiple voicemails to resolve this situation. He has not received a call back yet from you. In the last response through the Revdex.com, we asked that you contact Adam [redacted] via phone by Friday March 30th to issue the refund. He not not received a phone call yet from you. You, your **, and me all feel the same way regarding this complaint; we don’t want to continue to play phone tag in order for you to provide your promised refund credit to me of $111.76.  You decided that if I don’t continue to play phone tag with you or GM, you will be holding my refund credit hostage.  Please read your last response to me. You made the same argument about playing phone tag that I have been making all along. I do not have any additional information that I did not honestly share in this complaint. I followed your phone tag requests. It was just Easter weekend and I’m not ruining my day to meet your made up deadline.  It’s NOT appropriate for you or your GM to contact me and we end up playing phone tag. But you feel it’s appropriate for me, the customer, to keep chasing you, your GM, and my refund credit being held hostage because .......?  You may choose to close this Revdex.com complaint. But please be aware that I will be forwarding all the information to your Corporate Offices, my bank, Visa Incorporated (“satisfaction gurantee”), and The Consumer Protection Bureau for review.  Provide $111.76 refund credit (promised to me) so we can resolve this complaint and move forward.
