I am rejecting this
response because:
I did not ask for a cheaper vehicleWhat I asked for was a ford truck, since I was planning on moving my couchIn fact the business owner who was very rude, even lied to me twiceHow ever I do not wish to deal with this anymore, since i've already been posting reviews on various website with the pictures so people can see what they get while doing business with themI wanted to mention that this is only about Hammonton officeTheir galloway office which I believe is the headquarters dealt with this professionallyHowever I dont think they actually investigated this to make sure this doesnt happen to other customersPlease close this complaint

The Customer went to our Hammonton NJ location to rent a van and asked for a less expensive vehicle. The Rental Agent has been in our organization for 20 years with no problems. We issued a 50% discount to the Customer for his inconvenience. Thank you
