Solutions at Work, Inc., in partnership with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD), operates three JAB stores in Cuyahoga CountyThese stores provide hanemployment training for individuals with developmental disabilities who are interested in careers in retailIndividuals are supervised and mentored by CCBDD staff, learning a variety of knowledge and skills to prepare them for future, competitive jobs
We have conducted an internal review related to the complaint received by the Revdex.comBased on our findings of this review, we acknowledge that an individual who works in that JAB store did engage in conversation with a customer that was inappropriate and not in accordance with the training curriculumShe did provide an apology at the time the incident had occurredShe has been counseled on this specific incident and reminded of the store's customer service expectationsShe has since completed the training program and is no longer an employee of JAB
Customer service, including interacting appropriately with all customers, is a core part of the JAB training programWe are committed to maintaining high standards within our training program with the goal of preventing future occurrences of this naturePlease contact me if I can be of any further assistanceThank you
