Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The contract stipulates there would be two attendants arriving to help with the event This was confirmed in an email from Al the week before the event When the company arrived, there was only one attendant, this was NOT as stated in the contract The photo booth was down for the time the attendant left to eat All responses from the business thus far have been insufficientThis was a breach of contract, as the contract states two attendants would arrive to assist with the event and that the booth would run for 95% of the two hours As I have stated repeatedly, the attendant broke down the photo booth before the stated time despite what it says on their computer clock There was no apology about there being a lack of an attendant There was simply an email stating that we should be glad they even arrived to the event, which on yelp it seems like several events were canceled by the company or simply they did not show up We were not looking for monetary compensation until we realized that companies like this that try to cheat customers should be held accountableThese are important events to customers who are forced to sign a contract that apparently only the customer needs to comply with and that is unfair business practice It is my hope that this process alerts other customers to beware of businesses like this If a contract is signed by a customer, the contract ensures both the customer and the business comply with the terms They cannot just decide not to comply with their own terms and get paid in full Regards, [redacted] **

To Whom it May Concern, The story in which the client has described is a bit offPer our contract, Which states that we will be at the venue as far as minutes before the event which we did arrive by 4:30pm and had the photo booth fully ready to go active and took the first practice shot at 4:53pmWe took the first client photo at 5:04pmAs for the attendant asking for a street taco ($1.00), as it did not stop the operation of the photo booth and while he was having the street taco the clients Mom & Dad stepped in to the booth and took photosWe did offer and mailed a client a Custom Digital CD ($19.95) of all the photos simply as a gift for that particular reasonThe photo booth was active for the duration of the event (hours) and the last photo was taken at 6:59pmThe event was from 5pm to 7pmThis client is not looking for an apology as she is looking for a some sort of refundSadly, this is a type of the person whom takes the fun out of this business as we have done these sty**s of the events for the passed years and this is the first time we had received any type of the complaint from Revdex.com Respectfully, **

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The contract stipulates there would be two attendants arriving to help with the event. This was confirmed in an email from Al the week before the event. When the company arrived, there was only one attendant, this was NOT as stated in the contract. The photo booth was down for the time the attendant left to eat. All responses from the business thus far have been insufficientThis was a breach of contract, as the contract states two attendants would arrive to assist with the event and that the booth would run for 95% of the two hours. As I have stated repeatedly, the attendant broke down the photo booth before the stated time despite what it says on their computer clock There was no apology about there being a lack of an attendant. There was simply an email stating that we should be glad they even arrived to the event, which on yelp it seems like several events were canceled by the company or simply they did not show up. We were not looking for monetary compensation until we realized that companies like this that try to cheat customers should be held accountable. These are important events to customers who are forced to sign a contract that apparently only the customer needs to comply with and that is unfair business practice. It is my hope that this process alerts other customers to beware of businesses like this. If a contract is signed by a customer, the contract ensures both the customer and the business comply with the terms. They cannot just decide not to comply with their own terms and get paid in full

To Whom it May Concern,
The story in which the client has described is a bit off. Per our contract, Which states that we will be at the venue as far as 30 minutes before the event which we did arrive by 4:30pm and had the photo booth fully ready to go...

active and took the first practice shot at 4:53pm. We took the first client photo at 5:04pm. As for the attendant asking for a street taco ($1.00), as it did not stop the operation of the photo booth and while he was having the street taco the clients Mom & Dad stepped in to the booth and took 3 photos. We did offer and mailed a client a Custom Digital CD ($19.95) of all the photos simply as a gift for that particular reason. The photo booth was active for the duration of the event (2 hours) and the last photo was taken at 6:59pm. The event was from 5pm to 7pm. This client is not looking for an apology as she is looking for a some sort of refund. Sadly, this is a type of the person whom takes the fun out of this business as we have done these sty**s of the events for the passed 5 years and this is the first time we had received any type of the complaint from Revdex.com.
Respectfully,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The contract stipulates there would be two attendants arriving to help with the event.  This was confirmed in an email from Al the week before the event.  When the company arrived, there was only one attendant, this was NOT as stated in the contract.  The photo booth was down for the time the attendant left to eat.  All responses from the business thus far have been insufficient. This was a breach of contract, as the contract states two attendants would arrive to assist with the event and that the booth would run for 95% of the two hours.  As I have stated repeatedly, the attendant broke down the photo booth before the stated time despite what it says on their computer clock.  There was no apology about there being a lack of an attendant.
They cannot just decide not to comply with their own terms and get paid in full.
