On September 12 I put a $700 deposit on a shed to get me on the schedule. Two days later I called to cancel and was told my card would be credited or I would receive a check. I have talked to [redacted] 4 times trying to resolve this problem. He says his accountant at [redacted] has to handle it. I talked to [redacted] who assured me she would refund my money. I still have no refund as of today, November 20.
