Do not work with this company. They never completed the paperwork to the IRS on our behalf. They stated that they would reduce or eliminate our debt, they did neither. We hired them 2 years ago and now we are having our state tax seized and threats to seize our property. Have made several attempts to them to rectify this huge issue and no one wants to answer their phone or return a phone call. Extremely unhappy and would never refer these people, even my worst enemy. $2300 down the drain!

I was contacted by several people before [redacted] regarding Tax Resolutions. she ask some questions and had me setup payment arrangement which the initial payment was $1000.00 and $850. a month debted from my [redacted] account. [redacted] also said that she would email me a power of attorney and a contract to sign. which I didn't get until a month later after I tried calling her several times to avail. once we talked again she gave me her personal cell number to assure that this situation want come up again but it did and the cell phone number is really a desk phone. I also found out that the company is located in another city in North Carolina and operates under different phone number and address. this has raised some concerns and suspicion for me. a payment of $850. should have been charged to account according to our agreement on July 16, 2014, I waited to see if [redacted] would call like she said she would however she texted my phone only to ask if anyone tried to call me. which no one has as of yet and that is one of my reasons for this dispute. I am not being provided with no services but have been rip off of $1000. which I demand a refund of and cancelation of a so called contract/agreement. I don't know anything that's going on with my case and can not contact anyone to find out and at this point [redacted] doesn't know either and has not provided any type of services for the money she has been taken from me.
