this matter. We have not been contacted by any collection agency, etc. Some type of follow up from the company or Revdex.com would be appreciated to let us know that all has issues have been resolved. Thank you.Sincerely,*** ***

was a general agreement to send in an amount around $over the next several monthsI was called again about a week or less later wanting to know when they could expect payment, and I reiterated the termsThey continued to push for a date, and I stated Nov**, which seemed to settle the matter. On 9/**/16, without prior contact, FedEx came with a call tag for the product in question which had I'd been repeatedly told could not be sent backI do not know where it went. As far as I am concerned, the product's removal closed the matter, and I owe nothing to G.V.C Chemical Corporation

ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I most definitely was verbally told by the salesman, *** *** that he "guaranteed" this product would work. Because of the price of this product, I was extremely hesitant to purchase, but since I have been looking for a solution for this problem for years, and he was so adamant, I decided to try it. Attached is the letter that came with the solution, and while it doesn't say guarantee, it assures us we will be satisfied, which we are not. There has been absolutely no effect or change with this product
