Review: I bought a used maytage washer and dryer from Just Appliances with a 60 day warranty, on the day of deliverey the washer was not working, it needed a part replaced to work. They promised to order the part and fix it the next day after delivering the washer I have been waiting since July for the part I have visited them in person 8 times about the repair and have called them about 10 times but every time its a different excuess they give me.Desired Settlement: I really just want the washer repaired but if they cant fix it they can pick up their washer and refund my money.

Review: Purchased a [redacted] washer with a sixty day warranty from this man on July 27, 2013 - on August 1st, 2013 I called him telling him it is leaking water all over my floor and making loud noise in spin cycle. I called every week and stopped every two weeks, still not getting a response. Called two more times finally getting a call back saying he would be out Aug 15, well no show and no call. I called several more time and even stopped at store location with no response. I have tried multiple time to have him come fix or even just to look at it. I finally got hold of him after (1 would say twenty calls or so) saying he would be over. He does not show once again than December 2, 2013 he finally shows up at nine pm at night looks says he will have to replace so he will bring another washer. I have been stood up by this man over seven times with scheduled appts he made and never followed throw with. Leaving me washer less. I worry that I will now get a substandard modern and it was not what I originally purchased. There should be now way it should take over three months to deal with a service issue. I have made arrangements to meet him over seven times and waited all day and no show. He communicates that he will be out and never shows!!!Desired Settlement: I want full WORKING replacement with warranty included. Bought this one for its large bin - bin must be largest capacity for washing comforters. This should be taken care of in a timely manner not one that takes 3 months.

Review: On 8/24/13, I purchased a refrigerator from Just Appliances for $285.00. The receipt states 60 day warranty. The refrigerator worked for a day and then shut down resulting in a bag of ice to melt in the freezer and loss of food in the refrigerator. For the past two and a half weeks, I have tried to get an answer from the company. I have left multiple messages. I had two conversations on the phone and was told I'll get back to you. I even visited the location two weeks ago and was told that someone would give me a call and maybe would have time to stop by to look at the refrigerator that day. No one called. I continued to call and leave messages and never received any response in return. From the beginning, I just wanted the warranty to be honored. On 9/27/13, I visited the business asking for my money back. I was told they don't give refunds. I said that I can't get anyone to return my calls and just want to be done with them. The woman told me that it's on the receipt that there is no cash refunds. I produced the receipt and she said' " Oh I guess I didn't write it on this one." The refrigerator was left at the business for repair but at this point I do not trust the company and want a cash refund. I will never recommend them again. This is a shame because I have used them in the past with no problems. Now, I have an issue and no one even wants to have proper customer service. They give [redacted] a bad name.Desired Settlement: Honor the warranty and fix the device or give a comparable refrigerator with an additional 60 day warranty on the new refrigerator or give me my money back since the receipt did not specify "no cash refunds."

Review: Bought a washer from this company on August 30, 2013.The delivery of the machine was longer than the written promise,after it was delivered it has not worked properly. When it was installed, the company had to be called back to repair an immediate issue of the machine not spinning. Two more calls have been made for the same issue, was informed by the owner that he has in the past received faulty parts. I believe that now the company is dodging my calls, promising to come and repair the machine with "factory" parts and not showing up at the promised times. I have had people (my self included) waiting at the house for repairs, the company does not call if they are experiencing other issues, they do not show up.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the machine working for more than 7 loads of wash. If the machine can not be repaired, I would like to have it replaced and a new warranty to be extended for the "new" machine. If this machine can not work properly then I would like a portion of the original price to be refunded.

The company came yesterday and installed a new part. I have done a few loads of laundry. We will see how long it lasts. Thank you for your prompt response.

Review: To begin I want to bring attention to the primary nature of my complaint actually exceeds just one its a couple wrapped in one. My problem with this company is the failure to render services promised and the failure to communicate in a timely manner if at all. From the start date of business with Just Appliances I have had issues. I Purchased a GE Heavy Duty used washer from them on 2/21/13 and was promissed a delivery within 48 hrs. Well problem one starts by them not delivering when promised after contacting [redacted] sveral times, back and forth calling/ texting him appologizing and blaming his nephews incompetence [redacted] after a week states he will personally deliver the washer himself the following day and promises an extra month warranty. The next day the washer was delivered and that was a spectical in itself. Problem#2 presents itself just a couple days under 60 days later. I contact [redacted] and inform him on 4/19/13 @ 5:19pm that my washer is not working as it should. The issue includes the spin cycle malfunctioning, settings not changing and debri inside the washer from previous use coming through on my clothing. Again back and forth contacting him, him not responding me having to inform him I will take legal action to gain his attention. After a couple days he finally comes with a failed attempt at repairs. Informs me the part needed exceeds the value of the washer so he gave the option to pick something else out. I went to his shop nothing there was worth what I payed in fact the washers were rusted and not at all the same value of what I had and the people he had working were clueless unprofessional women cursing and doing business barefoot out of their car. This was the worst display of business I've ever seen. He contacts me 5/2 after I had called and texted for days and again gives apromise he does noy honor. Today I contact him again after contacting him last night and still no response. I have been nothing but patient with him, gave several oppurtunities for him to honor his word and warranty and he is giving me the run around. I had to spend money at the laundry to wash clothes when I should not have because I purchased a washer for that reason. He even told me I could wash my clothes I just can't change settings and I informed him that he actually made matters worst after he came to try and fix the issue because after he left I did try and wash my clothes and the washer overflowed and flooded my basement, because of the "spin Cycle" not draining. I informed him and of course he had no comment. I'm at my wits end.Desired Settlement: My #1 desired outcome is to retrieve my money back. I have settled for repairs and replacement and he can't even honor that so I want to end business totally and have the peice of mind not having an item break again.
