Just Auto Insurance

Review: After canceling the auto insurance policy JUST AUTO set me up with and attempting to collect my rightful refund, they gave me the run around for about 3 months. I used them as my insurance broker, they had already collected their service fee yet they won't give me the left over money after canceling my insurance policy only a few days after purchasing it and canceling it through the insurance company itself. After speaking to the insurance company which explained that I would have a refund of $80+ I had to do the footwork as to what happened to my money. Every time I call JUST AUTO I get the run around, they tell me they have a new manager and that the money will be sent and that I should receive it by such and such date, however, I haven't received anything from them. They won't return any calls, they have no answers after leaving me on hold consistently for long periods of time and they keep sending me from one person to another for "answers." I call them weekly attempting to get an answer from them but they can't and won't deliver an answer at all. I don't understand this company, it is terrible. I just want what I rightfully deserve and that is my refund of $80+. JUST AUTO's service fees were paid in full months ago, after canceling my insurance policy early I deserve what's left of the money. I've never had to deal with a company like this before. I am extremely patient but enough is enough. This appears to be one of those "to good to be true companies" that take full advantage of people. It's very disappointing.Desired Settlement: I just want my $84.00 back. However, If I could get back all $284 of the money I gave to this company I would. It's been nothing but a headache and game of cat and mouse.
