Today, we have an excessive heat warning and of course my AC unit stopped working!!

AC Technician Roland and Justin were prompt & professional. Roland quickly diagnosed the problem...... and I was thrilled. So easily I could have been told it was something more expensive to repair, but luckily in this case it was a relatively simple repair. Thank you SO VERY MUCH for your honesty.... I only wish there was a 10 star rating!! Highly...Highly recommend this company.

My air conditioning unit had a water leak. The serviceman (joe) cleaned my coils and my drain. A week later I still had the leak. He came again, and two more times with the supervisor (joe) and after the last time I no longer had a leak. I appreciate the fact these guys stuck in there and solved my problem. A great job was done and I highly recommend this company.

This is how a company should be run! Fast, friendly and professional experience from start to finish. Technician R[redacted] came out and had the issue identified quickly and had our cold air pumping. Gave me some tips on how to keep our units running efficiently.

Some of the negative comments on Yelp seem to be centered around what the home warranty wont cover not the service company. It would behoove folks to make the distinction before disseminating negative comments.

I had my airconditioner serviced yesterday by Just Better. The technician was extemely competent. In addition, he kept me appraised of the progress of the repair. The repair took over four hours and wasn't finished until 10:30 PM.

I had a problem with my air conditioner and my home warranty company sent just better air conditioning and heating to my home.they were very promp in setting up appointment to see my unit like less than two days.the guy that came out was very friendly and helpfull.he explained what he had to do.and corrected the problem right a way..I live in az so its inportant to have a working air conditioner.this company is awsome.I give them a really good rating.

I have been threw a lot of ac company's. All have ripped me off one way or another. Then I found Just Better air and have been so happy with their service. Honest, on time, a peace of mind of knowing they will take care of things and not rip me off. I do have one tech that I ask for all the time by name. Rolland has been out here 3 times in the last 3 years and has always taken care of things honestly. And always goes out of his way to help. THANK YOU ROLLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a Home Warranty thru Choice, And they sent Just Better Air out. My AC Heating unit stopped working And Choice Home Warranty sent out Just Better Air. The Tech said it was the blower cage wheel, and suggested we seal some leaks, clean coil and replace Cap. Said to do all that was $300.00 Choice covered the Wheel to the blower motor. Tech said motor was fine. He left. Came back 4 days later because the blower wheel burned up. The tech never ran test on motor to see if motor was working properly., the first time he came out. Choice declined repair said it was our fault because of the bad wheel, wanted us to pay additional $260.00 to replace Motor. We argued he should have found hat problem in the first place. Yelp has a lot of similar complaints, with Just Better Air and Home Choice Warranty together, I guess, Just Better Air fixes the problem than has to return because it breaks again and Choice denies the second claim. People are being taken, someone needs to look into this .
