When customer picked up vehicle he was informed that reverse was not working correctly. We did not rebuild transmission customer purchased it from a different vender. I am not responsible for transmission that we did not purchase. Customer and I have been told that transmission would be repaired by company who customer purchased from. Customer was told to send in old trans and they would rebuild it and send it back to him. We told customer that we would install trans that he would be receiving from vendor. as for repair within 10 days can't do replacement until we receive trans from vendor.
