Just Brakes

Pretty much the worst experience I have ever had with an automotive repair shop in years of driving The parts used were sub-par, the job was done incorrectly, the job they did had to be fixed by a different shop in less than miles after the visit Some parts were even installed improperly and could have lead to further damage to the vehicle The manager left employees on their own and only one of them worked on over other vehicles at the same time besides poor management and a lousy job I would not recommend this place to anyone

About years ago I had Just Brakes do all four wheels and got a lifetime warranty Now 78,miles later (the most mileage I have got out of any brakes) I brought my vehicle into the StPetersburg, FL location for an inspection After all this time my rear drum shoes were only 60% worn but the front pads were down to one mil which means they still had a little life in them but I opted to have them replaced and the rotors turned Under my lifetime warranty they replaced the pads with the upgraded ceramics, turned the rotors and the bill for everything was only around $because the pads were free NO COMPLAINTS!! Everyone was very nice, did a great job, honored their warranty, etc Highly recommended

The parts used were sub-par, the job was done incorrectly, the job they did had to be fixed by a different shop in less than 2500 miles after the visit. Some parts were even installed improperly and could have lead to further damage to the vehicle. The manager left 3 employees on their own and only one of them worked on over 3 other vehicles at the same time. besides poor management and a lousy job I would not recommend this place to anyone.
