I am so disappointed with this agency, our regular provider went on vacation and they had plenty of noticeThey said they had us covered but it was not trueThey sent no one for two days and then came the week end I could not bathe my mother because I had a broken legMonday came and still no one, finally I believe it was Tuesday when some one cameI called and called and was told that someone would come, but it didn't happenI have switched to a different company in hope that it will work out better
