Review: On 10/14/15, I brought in a cat to be euthanized. The cats name was "Callie". The owners name is [redacted]. The invoice number is [redacted]. I met with the vet. and we discussed putting the cat down due to having a stroke. The technician returned the dead cat to me. The receptionist gave me a bill for $352.00, which I paid in full. The next day I returned and told the vet. I did not see why I needed to pay for Catheterization I.V. (97.00) and Thermal Support Equipment (38.00). I also met with the office manager (Vickie) who told me she would get back to me. That never happened. There was never any discussion about keeping the cat alive.Desired Settlement: Mail a check to me in the amount of $135.00. Send to: [redacted], [redacted], CT [redacted]. Next step will be Small Claims Court.
