Review: I purchased the same item twice within a month, and both times I received a completely different product. Just to put it in context, I ordered man's shoes and got women's shoes both times. Extremely incompetent apparently, unprofessional and poor communication and customer service.Desired Settlement: I have requested a call back on several occasions and yet to hear back from someone.
