While surprised the Revdex.com would advise one party in a dispute, I maintain the desire for a cash or guaranteed check for $ I have serious reservations on having Just Chimney's personnel on my property following their positions on my complaint Thank you

that that we went onto the roof and viewed the said sweep had no taken place which is completely false, I would like to see photographs of the un swept chimney flue. We are not in the business of saying we did something not doing it. We sweep 800 Chimneys per year and don't think his account of what happen is correct,[redacted] also contacted our company approximately 30 Days after the service was preformed to complain to us about what the other company said to him, and or viewed. We also Spoke with our employees and they told me that the sweeping service was preformed properly and that another type of Creosote #2 was viewed at the time of service, Also enclosed is the signed paperwork from [redacted] stating that we indeed swept out his fireplace and noted the deficiencies in the details section of the work order,[redacted]

Review: I contracted Just Chimneys to clean my chimney and pellet stove. They cleaned the chimney but failed to vacuum out the stove. The soot that accumulated behind the stove jammed the mechanism which I had to have repaired. This cost me $181. I called the company and they asked me to have the repair shop call them to discuss the issue. A week went by with no response so I called them back. They are saying that they will not take responsibility since there was I gap as to when they cleaned the stove and when I first tried to use it. I explained to them that I had no need to use it because I had a new heat pump installed and that was sufficient to heat my home until the weather became too cold for the heat pump to be used. It is only good down to 38 degrees. The number that they have listed is no longer taking messages but they can be reached at ###-###-####Desired Settlement: A refund of the $181 service charge I incurred to have the stove repaired.
