Review: Started an air conditioning repair on august **2013 and today is March [redacted]2014 and the job has still not been done. I have been charged $2000 in total. The last contact was in January when he removed my outdoor unit and never returned it. He did not answer numerous text and phone calls. I have contacted Mitsubishi electric and they offered to help. I now hired a new company to replace the unit. When they came for an estimate they concluded that the installation was not properly done and unsafe pipes were used that can cause a fire which now have to be changed as well for an additional $1300. I just happened to google just cooling owner [redacted] to try to contact him and saw that he was arrested in December for fraud and unfinished repairs to the New York Fire department.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund for the $2000 for a repair that was never done as well as $1300 for the wrong pipes he installed in the first place. Not to mention 7 months without air conditioning and all the aggravation that went along with it. I do not ever want this person near my home ever again. He is nothing but a [redacted]and [redacted].
