Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: There was no expiration on the lessons in our contract I can prove this through the email that was sent on July **, with the class package as well as through screen shots from his website (please see attached)If there was such an expiration date, I would like the defendant to demonstrate this through a signed contract or written communication In addition, if there was such an expiration, the instructor never sent me an email saying that they were expired as he stated in his comments I have a very long email chain from February **, with the defendant asking if I could gift the remaining lesson to my friend His response on that same date was " [redacted] [redacted] ***"After contacting the Dance Studio yesterday under a fake email, the defendant was duped and responded to an email after which I told him who I really was As his defense, he "doctored" up an email that he supposedly sent to me on 2/ [redacted] saying that the lessons expired However, I never received that email (because it was never sent) and it doesn't make sense why he would have sent that the day after we already had an exchange where he said gifting my lessons wasn't a problem If he uses this defense in court it will be considered perjuryFurthermore, even if there was an expiration date on the classes (which there was not), they certainly weren't expired when I first reached out to schedule my remaining lessons in December I reached out to the defendant on Dec *, 2016, Dec **, 2016, Dec **, and Dec **, He finally responded to my email on the [redacted] after I threatened to call my credit card company and dispute the charge We scheduled one dance class (with four remaining classes) When I reached out after that to schedule the remaining 4, I again got no response I have filed a lawsuit in small claims court today against the defendant personally as well against his business We are scheduled to meet in court in October. As far as his ridiculous claim of harassment, it is to my understanding, that reaching out to a business multiple times for services not rendered is not harassment but bad business. If you need anything further, please let me know, as I would be happy to provide Best,*** In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The lessons which ** *** is speaking of has expired. On February ***, she wanted to gift them to a friend because she said she would not be using them.I told her they had expired but I would extend the expiration for month if she gifted themThat expiration has also past.I now classify her
messages and actions to claim compensation for these lessons, harassment!

This client has a way of lying and getting caught in her lies. For this reason, I will not be saying anything more for her to go ahead and try to cover up her lies as according to her, there will be a court case.In court, I will produce the proof required to make her case void. Thanks,Cameron J***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

There was no expiration on the lessons in our contract.  I can prove this through the email that was sent on July **, 2017 with the 10 class package as well as through screen shots from his website (please see attached). If there was such an expiration date, I would like the defendant to demonstrate this through a signed contract or written communication.  In addition, if there was such an expiration, the instructor never sent me an email saying that they were expired as he stated in his comments.  I have a very long email chain from February **, 2017 with the defendant asking if I could gift the remaining lesson to my friend.  His response on that same date was "[redacted]". After contacting the Dance Studio yesterday under a fake email, the defendant was duped and responded to an email after which I told him who I really was.  As his defense, he "doctored" up an email that he supposedly sent to me on 2/** saying that the lessons expired.  However, I never received that email (because it was never sent) and it doesn't make sense why he would have sent that the day after  we already had an exchange where he said gifting my lessons wasn't a problem.  If he uses this defense in court it will be considered perjury. Furthermore, even if there was an expiration date on the classes (which there was not), they certainly weren't expired when I first reached out to schedule my remaining lessons in December 2016.  I reached out to the defendant on Dec *, 2016, Dec **, 2016, Dec **, 2016 and Dec **, 2016.  He finally responded to my email on the [redacted] after I threatened to call my credit card company and dispute the charge.  We scheduled one dance class (with four remaining classes).  When I reached out after that to schedule the remaining 4, I again got no response.  I have filed a lawsuit in small claims court today against the defendant personally as well against his business.  We are scheduled to meet in court in October. As far as his ridiculous claim of harassment, it is to my understanding, that reaching out to a business multiple times for services not rendered is not harassment but bad business. If you need anything further, please let me know, as I would be happy to provide.  Best,[redacted]

As my final statement, the multiple documents that I have attached as evidence speak for themselves. I don't think the defendant realizes how serious perjury is.  Downright stealing money from me is one thing, lying about it under oath is another.  I look forward to seeing him in court.
