Review: The Captain of the boat tour publicly yeeled at me and humiliated me in front of my family and the other people on the boat.. He acted completely unprofessional, arrogant, and verbally abusive.Desired Settlement: I would like a formal written apology first and foremost from the company. I would like to see that Captain reprimanded. I would also like a refund.
