has been sent to him via USPS.I have received NO calls from ServicemasterMy voicemail is working well, and we check it twice per dayAs I am eager to resolve this situation, it is highly unlikely that I overlooked themI have also received no mail from Servicemaster, but any communication they may have sent may still be en route.Recent Developments:Our home/auto insurer, *** ***, told us they have used
Servicemaster in the past, and on this limited basis, we chose Servicemaster for our
remediation needsWhen we informed *** *** of our problem, they and FEMA both contacted Servicemaster, but neither received any cooperation.Then
FEMA told us they would try to use the yellow copies from our Servicemaster receipts, in
lieu of official documents from Servicemaster
Is it possible to suspend dealing with Servicemaster until the FEMA
payment comes through? If/when I does, I'll withdraw my complaint and instead post
a critical comment concerning ServicemasterIf the payment does not come
through, I'll request my Servicemaster complaint be reactivated
In either event, I will post a compliment on Revdex.com's
description of *** ***They were not part of any transactions, they acted only out of courtesy

Complaint was sent twice, response was sent under file #***. We have spoken with *** *** on 7/16/15, the notes from that phone call are listed below:

difficulties we have faced with reporting paperworkShe added that her husband has withdrawn his complaint with the Revdex.com
I confirmed that all needed paperwork has been receivedShe was very complimentary of our crews, especially ***
We discussed the last remaining issue of the service callI explained that this is not a dispatching charge but more of a job schargeIts purpose is to compensate for the significant amount of time that the crew spends taking measurements, sketching the structure and setting up the locations for moisture readingsI told her that *** is making inquiry of the adjuster regarding what would be an acceptable descriptionI also told her that if we could not get the insurance company to provide coverage under any re-designation, we would refund the charge to the ***
As of yet, we have not received any response from the adjuster regarding our explanation for the charge in question
