For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I've contacted this company requesting a copy of their policies and was denied itMy service was canceled without warning, after the trash pick up was suppose to picked up my trashedAlong with I have a copy of the invoice for the previous toilet that was picked upIf there were any changes to the policy why was I not informed? The subpar service and horrible cominuication between this company and its clients is ridiculousThey advertise that they are part of the Revdex.com yet they do not hold themselves to the standards.

The company states this customer has not complied with their policies regarding heavy pick up, further stating this is not the first time this has been an issue with this customer, therefore they feel it is best for both parties that they no longer service this address.
