Just Fences

Yes we installed her fence in 2013, we finish sometime in the beginning of August. She did have a problem with the gate, which I spoke with her and personally looked at the gate. The gap is caused because of the slope of the driveway and in order for the gate to function properly we can not put it...

any lower. Also like she stated a few sections of her fence did come apart and it was from the snow plow pushing the snow. Her fence is only 3 or 4ft from the road. We had a quite a bit of snow fall. We also came out and fixed that issue now questions asked, no charge. Regarding the looks of her fence, I have not seen it since early spring when I was in the area and drove past, at that point it looked good. I have not heard from [redacted] since the two sections have fallen apart. She has made no effort to contact me to resolve this issue. All she has to do is contact my office ###-###-#### and I will schedule a day to come out and repair the problem. I offer a 2yr warranty just for this sort of issue and I honor it. However I can not fix a problem I know nothing about. Please contact me if you need any further information. Review: fencing in front of house is all uneven, drive down my road and see for yourself. We had problems with gate side of fence with a gap approx.8inch off the ground. He says there is no perfect level ground in **. Fence poles are not straight, they where here last winter , cause 2 section of the fence fell apart, he told me it was from the snow plow, put I should of took picture to show you that the snow was no where near the fence for it to come apart. IWe had post and rail fence up before this and all the rail and post were even , and it look a lot better than this fence. And I' sure if the owner was having a fence put up in his yard, and look like this mess, he also would not like it himself! Friends come over and want to know who put up our Fence? What sloppy work they did, and I would not refer just fences to any on! I'm sure when you get jobs for the rich folks , I bet there fences are all straight,on their so call unlevel ground in **. Remember what you said Jacob( Thank you for hiring us to install your fence. Hope you enjoy it for years to come. Sorry about the mix up with the driveway gate, I hope it was repaired to your liking.
