The owner has employed her mom to be the face of her businessThe problem is her mom is very rude, unfriendly, and overall not customer orientedThis becomes an even bigger problem since I had an issue with the mom & the only person I could voice my concerns to is the owner, who is her daughterTo sum it all up, the lady at the front desk, with her nasty attitude and bad aura, needs to be in the back and not in the front where the bulk of her day is spent interacting with customers
The owner has employed her mom to be the face of her business. The problem is her mom is very rude, unfriendly, and overall not customer oriented. This becomes an even bigger problem since I had an issue with the mom & the only person I could voice my concerns to is the owner, who is her daughter. To sum it all up, the lady at the front desk, with her nasty attitude and bad aura, needs to be in the back and not in the front where the bulk of her day is spent interacting with customers.
