In regards to your letter, I regret that the vendor ( [redacted] ) has felt the need to turn us into you But I have had my shop open eight plus years and within this time I have open my doors to many vendors most of these years with no complaints I gave Mrs [redacted] the opportunity to have a place in my store to display and sell her items But all items speak for themselves as far as our customers wanting such particular items she brought in Having said that our store cannot control what items sell and we can't pay her if her items aren't selling We did however, gather what tags were purchased and sent her a check for the amount sold Her check was written and sent 7/12/which I have sent a copy to you I have also included a statement from the worker that was working the day [redacted] and her husband came here to get her stuff She has her items that did not sell and she has been paid in full! I wish her the best on selling her items elsewhere

This lady did purchase a quilt set, but what she ordered and what she wanted were two different quilt sets and two different prices, aslo one was from a old company that we no longer purchase from?? Also it was placed with a new employee at that time so between the two I'm not sure who said what but I did try & explain about the quilt, then she finally understood which quilt she was getting, she change the color.Well that quilt came in black and she wanted navy?? So yes it was several conversations.? So when she wanted her refund she wanted a check, when she used her credit card to purchase in the first place.? ? If you pay by credit card your refund will be credited back to your card!? Then after all, I do not allow my workers to do refunds.? And I do hate that this took longer than usual and that she spoke I think with everyone, so I realize her getting frustrated but is one of those situations that sometimes you just can't satisfy all customers.? And I do want to apoligize for her frustration that it took longer than usual but I lost my mother-in-law in December and my husband had surgery to remove cancer.? So I regret that she wasn't satisfied from the start and it maybe due alot to me not being able to take care of everything sooner.I credit her refund back to her credit card.? So like I said, I sorry her experience turned out this way but sometimes things get, can get confusing when dealing with so many things you deal with and of course it leads to the bad comments and views on our page and trying to damage our store!? But I sent the copy that she got her refund so hopefully can put this to rest!

I did finally receive my refundWhat bothers me now is that these people STILL have the item listed for sale on their *** store yet told me they do not carry itThis is advertisingI am concerned about future customers at this point going through the same anguish they have put me through.Thank you,*** * ***
