we had a water softener and reverse osmosis put in they told us we would have 6 month's free and get a rebate well it turns out the rebate is to cover the 6 month's, it was to be put in may but received a call they needed parts so it was installed in june, I have called several times about the rebate and either they don't answer the phone or when I do talk with someone I get different stories on why they have not sent the rebate and they will get back to me in two week;s it is now december I called today no answer at the rebate dept, left a message with the person I talked to two weeks ago still no call,they also don;t tell you who is taking your money out of your account as I had no idea who it was and put a stop payment because I was told in the beginning we had 6 month's free and the 6 month's was not up, do they think I am going to forget about the rebate?
