Review: I recently hired [redacted] of Just-In-Credible Services for landscaping my front yard. The work was not fully completed and that has now caused damage to my driveway and my fence. [redacted] is not responding to any calls and I have not been able to contact him since I paid him all but $100 for the services ($5400). Not only that, the landscaping work he performed was not done well. Here are the details:Scope of work: Just-In-Credible Services was tasked to completely re do my front-yard, which is close to 5000 sq ft in size. Here is the list of items they were supposed to perform:1. Install Custom turf like lawn2. Clear and Redesign front landscape3. Design and Install Proper Water Distribution System4. Screen fill5. Grade A top soil6. Materials (Seed, Fertilizer Gravel, PVC pipe)7. Driveway Pavers8. Tree RemovalThe total invoice for this project was $5500. Complaint 1: Quality of service was poor. While the lawn has been installed, proper water distribution system was not put into place and so I now have large pools of water in my front lawn in multiple places. Not to mention, the Driveway Pavers were shoddily installed and they have already come off. Complaint 2: They have not cleared out and disposed all of the construction debris, which is currently filling up 1/3 of my driveway. This debris is leaning on my fence and my fence has started to come off/fall down. In addition, there is severe damage on my driveway (a big pot-hole caused by construction equipment).Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted]-Credible Services to:1. Finish the Job by a. Removing the Construction debris from my driveway and disposing it appropriately b. Fixing the Driveway Pavers so that they don't come off c. Eliminate the large pools of water since they could become a health hazard (mosquitoes)They could also compensate me in lieu of the work2. Compensate me for fixing the damage to my driveway and to my fence (pay the vendor of my choice - don't trust [redacted] anymore)

Review: After several attempts to contact the owner of the business [redacted] & requests to finish the project that was started at my property went unanswered, it became clear to me that we have been cheated out of our money by him and his company. Apart from the fact that the items in contract were not completed, I have incurred substantial damages to my property & my neighbors property, that I now have to pay another company to fix.Desired Settlement: He has completely misrepresented his skills (or the skills of people who would actually work on the job), and instead of grading the yard, he has left the yard completely unusable and is now left with very uneven surfaces, that no other landscaping person is now ready to even mow. According to him he has done a good job of grading. So, I am unwilling to have him fix anything that he has damaged and would like a refund of my money, and expenses incurred to fix damages to my neighbors property.
