I am rejecting this response because: I will request something from the bank and there is a police report as well, however, the fact that I live in Maryland should be proof enough that this is a fraudulent transaction, as far as I know chiropractors do hanadjustments and it does not make sense that I will make an appointment with a chiropractor in Texas when I live in Maryland There is something fishy about your practice

This patient agreed to cancel within the 48 hour window to avoid any missed consult fees. He forgot and claims he did not book this. He scheduled using his own name, phone number, address, EMAIL, and Credit Card number, this much information would not be used by a thief to book a Dr....

Appointment.  The appointment booking says the patient did book this himself..He was emailed and sent text reminders, and had many chances to cancel an unwanted Dr. Phone Call Appointment.
