I hired this business back in either September or October. There was a tree that had fallen on my house. We discussed terms and after some negotiation we finally set a contract up. $50,000 in total to replace the roof and do a number of things inside the house. I gave them $25,000 on November 23rd before they started the roof. They started the roof on the 24th but never finished it. They did maybe 25% of the work we had agreed to and then never came back. He claims 75% is completed but it is visible from the state of the inside of the house that that is not true. Everything is still unfinished. After 6 weeks of not getting this company to come back, I told them to not come back and to pull their name off of the permits. Which he refused (this part has since been resolved by a third party). The work that was done, was nowhere near the quality that $25,000 should have cost. On top of this, there was no damage in the basement but my copper plumbing in there was completely removed and replaced with plastic. My insurance agent can confirm that this was unnecessary. It seems like this company just did what they wanted and left.

I had previously been hired by my client to negotiate with Sabina Aliyeva regarding her complaint against my client. Initially she was represented by one attorney, then a second attorney was mentioned. Just this week she said an assistant attorney general b representing her. As I do not have confirmation of that, and suspect they would not represent her as an individual, I am not writing to her as an individual at this time. You can send a copy of this response if you so choose.
Please understand my client denies any improper action on his part.
He does admit that they had an agreement to make repairs for a cost in excess of
$50,000.00 and admits she paid $25,000.00 down.
He denied that only 25% of the work was done. I have enclosed invoices of the various sub-contractors for their completed work, plus his Invoice for his own company's work. As you can see, she has a balance due for $4,804.B5. At this time I have not been hired to collect that balance.
While the job was not completed before our client was terminated, the delays were due to changes she made by ordering a special bathtub that was delayed in delivery, plus the City of Overland requiring an engineer’s report that was unusual in a small house. It took some time to find someone who would agree to work on such a small home.
As far as the copper plumbing, the homeowner Is just unaware of modem plumbing standards and modem codes. The scrap copper piping has little if no value.
Instead of discussing this with us, either through her own requests or through unknown attorneys, lam facing threats and intimidation efforts.
We will be glad to discuss this once her intimidation efforts are put on hold. My client is a reliable and honest contractor.
