of the agreement (since she believed she signed and sent it back) but I was ignored since she already pushed an attorney to contact meThis is actually the second deal she has brought to me ***But at the moment our funds are closed to a bigger deal and I would require sourcing funds outside to fund her dealShe threatened to destroy my character and I believe she started with that alreadyNow I will not do business with her any more SIMPLE

I am not only shocked but deeply disturbed by *** ***'s (Just in Time Loans aka JIT Loans) response which is full of blatant liesMs*** (Just in Time Loans aka JIT Loans) was in fact emailed the signed loan documents on TWO separate occasions, and she acknowledged receipt both timesI personally emailed her the signed loan documents on September 3, (as stated in my complaint) and she emailed me back the same day confirming receipt of those signed loan documentsI have emails proving same, which have also been forwarded to Ms***Because I was defrauded by Ms*** and Just in Time Loans (aka JIT Loans), I had to hire an attorney to assist me in trying to resolve this matter, since Ms*** and Just in Time Loans (aka JIT Loans) refused to respond to my countless communications and efforts to resolve, and essentially disappearedMy attorney emailed Ms*** (Just in Time Loans aka JIT Loans) the signed loan documents a second time, along with my emails proving she acknowledged and confirmed receipt of the signed loan documents I emailed her the first timeShe emailed my attorney back confirming receipt of same
Secondly, I have NEVER "threatened to destroy Ms***'s character" and I deeply resent the accusationThat is a blatant lieThe only action my attorney warned her of is that, if she did not honor the terms of our executed and binding loan agreement, I would be forced to report her and Just in Time Loans (aka JIT Loans) and file complaints with applicable governments agencies, including but not limited to the Revdex.comMs*** (Just in Time Loans aka JIT Loans) instead chose to be uncooperative and ignore this warningBoth my attorney and I have not heard from Ms*** (Just in Time Loans aka JIT Loans) ever since
Honestly, it is my belief that *** *** and Just in Time Loans (aka JIT Loans) never had the loan funds in the first place and are simply using stall tactics and blatant lies to avoid honoring the terms of our executed and binding loan agreementI am also deeply concerned that Ms*** (Just in Time Loans aka JIT Loans) would treat me, a trusting client, so maliciously and lash out in such a vindictive mannerI am now concerned that *** *** and Just in Time Loans (aka JIT Loans) may further victimize me as a result of reporting their breach of contract and deceptive/fraudulent loan practicesI will not be victimized by them, and I certainly do not want anyone else to be eitherI have honored my end our binding and executed agreement and have only asked that Ms*** and Just in Time Loans (aka JIT Loans) do what is required by law and honor the terms of that agreement - simple as that

Ms***, no one is victimizing you hereI remember I asked your attorney to send back the documents in pdf format just like I sent it to you but I saw it as some format that is not even a 'doc'I asked you also to send back the document in pdf format but you didn't respond to that email till nowYou said yourself that you did not threaten to destroy my characterI still have that text you sent me till date! Now you said we practise deceptive/fraudulent loanHow else would you destroy an individual's character? Even if we are to do dealsthe agreement in your possession is no longer valid as we didn't not find the copy you said you sent in our system but I can see other documents we sent you here but that agreement isn't hereSend it back let's redo the agreement and do businessAnything apart from that, I may not be able to help you

Again, I am shocked at the lies Ms***/JIT Loans continues to tellFirst of all, the signed loan documents were, in fact, sent to Ms***/JIT Loans in PDF format - twice - and she acknowledged successful receipt of these documents without any problems opening them when I personally sent them to herI would be more than happy to again send Ms***/JIT Loans a copy of her own email stating this fact to refresh her memoryMy attorney sent Ms***/JIT Loans the same signed loan documents - in PDF format - a second timeSo there is absolutely no truth in Ms***'s claim that she did not receive the signed documents in PDF formatThese are simply stall tactics that she continues to useAnd, again, I have never stated to Ms*** that I will "destroy her character" - that is a blatant lie and she knows itShe is simply lashing out at me in angerFinally, in response to Ms***/JIT Loans' last Revdex.com response in which she proposed that we "redo the agreement and do business," I had my attorney respond accordingly to her to see if she was telling the truth and would in fact follow through this timeMy attorney asked Ms***/JIT Loans to complete the loan process as promised and provide us with a new funding date but she has refused to respond with this informationMy attorney also asked Ms***/JIT Loans why the United States Post Office has identified her alleged business address (posted on JIT Loans website and in Ms***/JIT Loans' emails) as a nondeliverable address (my attorney advised her that mail sent to her was returned unopened and stamped with this information) - and she refused to respondI Why is JIT Loans using a business address? Again, Ms***/JIT Loans has lied and refused to honor the terms of the loan agreementMy attorney and I have not heard from Ms***/JIT Loans since November I have expended a significant amount of time and effort in trying to resolve this serious legal matter with Ms***/JIT Loans but she continues to lie, use stall tactics, and then disappearMs***/JIT Loans is, in fact, guilty of fraud and deceptive practicesI have been victimized by this company and I do not want anyone else to suffer the same fate
