Ms. [redacted] came in on 8/01 at 11:03 am to purchase automobile insurance for her vehicle. At that time she paid $129.00 to get policy started. Her monthly payments were $63.60. She put down 16.7%. Her next payment would have been due on 8/19...

which she has a grace period provided by Missouri law which would have had her cancelled on August 31st. She left here with this information I am providing today. She is also sent a reminder invoice which went to this consumer to the address she provided our office. I have three locations and we have a system that all location's phones ring when someone calls in addition to my cell phone so someone would have answered. Her phone number is not in our logs of incoming calls. She never contacted me before filing this complaint and I feel her allegations are totally false. I have a signed contract that includes the payments dates. I will be faxing a copy of the contract to the Revdex.com and contacting the consumer directly. She simply did not make her regular payments.
