Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Under further review of contractor estimates for 2015, I do show that Just Lawns was not involved with my home address for lawn maintenance but another company that completed work without my authorizationSince receiving the response through the Revdex.com, I've attempted to reached out to Just Lawns requesting a call back to clarify and clear this matter as to unknown taped conversations and the partial bill that they agreed to (but did not mail a invoice clearly breaking down cost.) In regards to billing, Just Lawns did not contacted me at anytime to discuss payment, therefore I paid what I calculated was half of the bill I received from themThe next time I heard from Just Lawns, it was a notice stating to pay this balance or we will send the nonpayment to collectionsOn Wednesday 2/3/I call Just Lawns to resolve this matter, left a message but they have not responded I manage the property of [redacted] Avefor which I have various contract work done under written and signed contracts by reputable companiesI did not authorized Just Lawns to do anything on this property due to the high estimated costFurthermore if you do not have a signed contract and the work you want to provide is completed, you don't trespass and then ask for paymentThe payment in the amount of $is not the issue of why we are at this point; it's lack of communication entirely and failure on Just Lawns to remove all work orders from their system Of course, this may be in the recorded phone conversation that I have yet to hearNo one from Just Lawns Cocalled after cashing the check to explain in detail that another payment was due and why In closing, to resolve this issue, I would like a digital copy of the recorded conversation that they refer to, final billing with total amount due and confirmation that this matter has not been turned over to collections, as well as written confirmation that Just Lawns will not perform any additional work at the above referenced address Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: It is clearly not my driving habits, it is an issue with the check engine light that occurs due to altitude The business clearly knew about this issue because I was told it was an issue by the service technicians every time I had my vehicle serviced Yet, no one let me know this was an issue when I was purchasing the vehicle No, I did not want to buy another Ram from a dealership I no longer trust and no, they did not give me a better buy back offer than any other dealer I am incredibly disappointed and think that *** *** should do something to make this right
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:the owner is lying Had is employee stopped using the blower on my deck the damage would have been minimal
the deck was painted correctly...just lawns damaged it and won't resolve our complaint
Sincerely,*** ***

Mrs*** had two issues
First she received three different prices. The first was a flyer mailed to the entire Anchorage Bowl with our base price of $40.00. Unfortunately, her Lawn size exceeded our base rate. The two onsite quotes took into account if she chose
to trim her trees or if we had to work around them
Second was the tree trimming. The tree trimming job it was completed. Her issue was that she assumed we would haul for free.
In the end we waived the $tree charge and hauled the tree limbs away for free
She said that she was happy with the resolve

After reviewing our notes and telephone recordings in regard to this account we determined the following:
1) We performed a fall cleanup service at the *** * *** Ave residenceWe did NOT provide any type of service at the *** *** *** *** residenceSince the customer stated in
conversation with us that he calls multiple companies for services/estimates and goes with "whoever gets there first", it stands to reason that the summer service noted in his complaint was performed by another company
2) The initial setup for this customer was for a spring cleanup with fertilizer and lime, weekly lawn service and fall cleanup with fertilizer and limeWhen our crew went to the property (*** * *** Ave) on May 14, 2015, they found that the work had already been doneThe customer called us and said he had signed up with or services and another service got there firstHe was asked if he still needed the weekly mowing service and said noBoth the spring cleanup (with fertilizer and lime) and the weekly mowing services were canceled at that time
3) The fall cleanup with fertilizer and lime that the customer had originally signed up for was still active in our system, so our crew went out on October 19, to perform the serviceCustomer called that day and said he never signed up for the service and was only willing to pay 1/of the cost for what they did that day
4) The original cost of the fall cleanup with fertilizer and lime was $with a 5% fuel surchargePer the above conversation, an adjustment of $was made on the account, representing 1/of the service costThe total remaining bill was $which was the customers portion of the billThe customer made a payment of $on December 4, which is 1/of the balance due (essentially 1/of the original bill)The remaining balance of $is due from the customer to fulfill their promise of paying 1/of the original charges
5) Client stated our guys were out there for hour. The GPS tracking system put the equipment there at 10:am and departing 12:29pm or man hours
We are not willing to adjust bill further and the adjustment made should be considered a pre offer of judgment. We have reviewed *** *** setup telephone conversation and would be happy to have him listen to his order to refresh his memory. I'm sure hiring several companies to do the same job must lead to confusion
In short his balance owed is $

When ** *** brought his truck to Prestige for transmission repair the rear main seal was not leakingThe transmission was replaced by a certified mechanic who says that there was no additional leak's at that time( He gets paid to find and repair additional work if needed and the rear main
seal would have been a profitable fix for both the dealership and the tech at the time if it were leaking because much of the labor was done removing the transmission. Also the service contract company sent out an inspector who did not see any other problems other than the transmission at the time of the transmission repair. When ** *** approached our service manager *** Leahy with this new problem *** reviewed the service file and explained to him that the rear main seal was not leaking at the time the transmission work was done, miles ago, but in the interest of customer satisfaction we would split the repair bill 50/** *** declined this offer.Prestige will stand behind our goodwill offer if ** *** changes his mind on this repair.Thank you*** *** **

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: This is more of the sameI have been hearing this for four months nowMy most recent communication was with my service advisor on Oct 3, who told me that nobody had been working on my Jeep for the prior weekHe told me that the service manager would call me the morning of October As has been my experience, he did not.The message from the dealership contains several errors of factsThe BCM which was quoted to me at $900, and is referenced in the email for $is available online for $The PCM quoted on the email as $is available online for $Replacing expensive computers randomly does not seem to be effective - the claim was made that things worked for a little while, when in fact, there was absolutely no differenceThe problem reoccurred after driving to alpine street across the dealership parking lot - I didn't even make it yards before it happened again. The problem is described as "intermittent" - I would instead describe it as "incessant"Every time I pick up the vehicle the problem reoccurs before I can either make it home to my house, or to my job. The dealer takes the paperwork back from me when I return the vehicle, so I cannot quote exact amountsI have paid hundreds of dollars to have wiring replaced when I dropped the vehicle off in AprilI have even paid a couple hundred dollars to repair the front seat which was not broken when I dropped the vehicle off, but was one of the times I picked it upI was told it had "probably been about to break anyway", so I went ahead and paid. Finally, in addition to being told nobody is working on my vehicle, I have come by the dealership at one point every weekend for a month, and my jeep was sitting out in front of the shop, with the interior removed and the hood openNobody worked on it the entire time. The vehicle will not fix itselfWhile I appreciate Prestige standing behind their work, they have to actually commit to doing the work, and to communicate - return phone calls, etc.I would appreciate a daily check in with me to explain what work was actually done each day on my car, and a mechanic actually assigned to fix it.Four months to fix power windows is outrageousI wouldn't own the car if I didn't have a need for it
Sincerely,

Ms *** purchased this vehicle used from Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep with the balance of the Chrysler factory warranty in effect.Ms *** did have an issue with an engine lite and the regeneration system on her truck that was covered under the factory warrantyThe issue was diagnosed to be Ms
***'s driving habits with this truckTo regenerate the system the truck must be driven above a certain speed and for a specific length of time for the regeneration process to complete. This was disclosed to Ms *** at the time of delivery and is also stated in her owners manual.Prestige offered to purchase the truck back from Ms *** or trade her out of it into a vehicle of her choice and she did not choose either of these options.Since then she no longer owns the truck and Prestige is not able to do anything further for herIf she would have given us the opportunity to help her when she owned the truck there might have been more we could have done at that time. *** *** **

Prestige Chrysler has reached out to Ms [redacted] and have an appointment set for 6:00 pm February 1, 2017 between her and our General Sales manager, [redacted] to address her concerns.Thank you [redacted]

we have already responded to this thank you

[redacted] has been in negotiations with Prestige on a new vehicle. He was working with our salesperson [redacted] and our General sales manager [redacted]. [redacted] worked the deal and has the final say at the dealership if a deal will work or not. That day [redacted] was quoted a Lease deal...

He used LEASE ONLY rebates totaling  $8500.00, (a difference of $3250.00) when he quoted the new numbers to [redacted] instead of the cash / finance rebates. When [redacted] came back to Prestige to finalize the deal on 11/01/17 my manager on duty [redacted] caught the mistake, he then  called [redacted] to check the numbers. At that time [redacted] told [redacted] to apologize to [redacted] for the mistake and not to do the deal. No paperwork or contracts were signed by either party. And at that time [redacted] decided against the deal and left the dealership.Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep again apologizes for the mistake and inconvenience and will honor the original numbers worked with [redacted].

[redacted] said it was just painted last year.  Regretfully, I suggested she contact the painters who botched the job.  She then said her husband painted it with paint she purchased with a ten year guarantee.    Unfortunately, the paint was not applied...

correctly.   My offer to resolve, as she requested, was to credit her account the cost of a gallon of paint.  I doubled her credit to $50.00 and offered her the use of our industrial Hotsey steam pressure washer to strip her deck before she or her husband the "painter" apply primer this time before paint.

My offer still stands for the use of the pressure washer.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Under further review of contractor estimates for 2015, I do show that Just Lawns was not involved with my home address for lawn maintenance but another company that completed work without my authorization. Since receiving the response through the Revdex.com, I've attempted to reached out to Just Lawns requesting a call back to clarify and clear this matter as to unknown taped conversations and the partial bill that they agreed to (but did not mail a invoice clearly breaking down cost.)
In regards to billing, Just Lawns did not contacted me at anytime to discuss payment, therefore I paid what I calculated was half of the bill I received from them. The next time I heard from Just Lawns, it was a notice stating to pay this balance or we will send the nonpayment to collections. On Wednesday 2/3/16 I call Just Lawns to resolve this matter, left a message but they have not responded.
I manage the property of [redacted] Ave. for which I have various contract work done under written and signed contracts by reputable companies. I did not authorized Just Lawns to do anything on this property due to the high estimated cost. Furthermore if you do not have a signed contract and the work you want to provide is completed, you don't trespass and then ask for payment. The payment in the amount of $81.90 is not the issue of why we are at this point; it's lack of communication entirely and failure on Just Lawns to remove all work orders from their system.  Of course, this may be in the recorded phone conversation that I have yet to hear. No one from Just Lawns Co. called after cashing the check to explain in detail that another payment was due and why.
In closing, to resolve this issue, I would like a digital copy of the recorded conversation that they refer to, final billing with total amount due and confirmation that this matter has not been turned over to collections, as well as written confirmation that Just Lawns will not perform any additional work at the above referenced address.
Sincerely,[redacted]
