Currently, our rates are for 3 OR 5 days. Ms [redacted], upon initially speaking with Taylor, was given a quote for 3 OR 5 days, $174.00 OR $260.00 per week. We do not have a 3 1/2 day rate and we never agreed that it would get 'rolled into the 3 day price'.   After I spoke with her, I did...

mention that I was doing the billing for our scholarship program and I would see if we had one to offer her to assist in the financial burden.  When it was determined there were no scholarships available, (I do my billing by the 7th of April) she was advised,on the 6th, (see attached picture of sticky that was placed on her sign-in sheet) that the rate would be $195.00 which would include the 1/2 day for both kids.  It wasn't until the last week of April that she took notice of the remaining balance and brought it to our attention that she didn't agree with the rate.  She left owing us a balance due of $184.00.  We have been in business for the last 25 years and have never had such a discrepancy with regards to agreed upon rates.
