Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I just want my money back as [redacted] said she would give backI called her and she said for me to come by her home to get my money backI went to a different salon and had my her done the right way, I should not have to pay for her mistake, it should have been done right to begin withI have a receipt from the other salon if I need to show proff that I paid for the service to be redone [redacted] just give me back my refund as you promised when we spoke on the phone All I want is my refund nothing else!! To Whomever It May Concern, In regards to the event in question concerning [redacted] Upon entering my salon she was very hostile and angryShe was very vocal in front of my clients Stating loudly she wants her money back and she didn't like the job I did on her headI did her hair on Wednesday the [redacted] ofJuly(which I spent hours to complete) and afterwards she looked in the mirrorWhich she stated that she approved of the work which I performedShe then paid me and leftOn Saturday the [redacted] of July, she called with a compliant that she was unsatisfied with the work performedWhich mystified meBefore leaving on Wednesday it was stated she was satisfied [redacted] also said he hair was unraveling, So I said; "Please return ,let me look at it and see what the problem is." She came back and angrily demanding a refundRepeatedly, I requested for her to remove her hair scarf, so I can assess the problem [redacted] refused again and again to remove her hair scarf just demand ing a refund After sometime she had indeed removed her hair scarfI looked and saw no problem with her partsAgain reiterating quite angrily demanding a refundI asked her to leave She refused and became verbally abusive and talking on the phone to her friend all the while getting louder and louderWhen on the phone she repeated said;"She doesn't know me and what happens when I get mad." The environment became very unsettling for my other clients witnessing thisFor their protection and my own I called When she realized what I was doing she in turn followed my suitAgain I asked her to leaveOnce she realized the Police were coming she leftUpon getting outside she punched my window and paced angrily in front of my business Then I walked outside and seen she had intercepted the Police which I called 1/of the way up the blockMy niece felt concerned after seeing how upset I was and accompanied me to the Police carAt that point [redacted] began slandering me in front of the Officers and again she refused to remove her hair scarfAgain I asked her to remove her scarf in the presence of the PoliceMy niece got angry, cause she heard the lies being spoken about meI calmed her down and we went back to the shop Because of this unfortunate event I and my customers don't feel safe here [redacted] has been spewing slanderous comments repeatedly about me on my blog and enlisted her sister do the sameThis is mentally taxing Respectfully, [redacted]

marcline had a *** and she never told me about her condition I was very unhappy with the grooming she did on me and my boyfreinds hair the stray cats and smelly dog hanging out in the salon, this lady is very rude and we ask for half of our money back she told us no

I don't agree with her response, she lied about everything I didn"t refuse for her to see my hair ( I wanted her to fix my hair, why would I refuse for her to see it), then she also stated that her and her niece walked away peacefully that is not true because the cop had to get out of his car because herself and her niece were too close, and they started to invade my personal space I feel nothing is going to be resolved with this woman, at this point I took this service as a lost cause I just want *** to know when you do evil things to people, you don"t get anything good in return I was also informed by the cop to report her to Revdex.com because they stated her shop may not be legal due to it being in the basement of her home.

In response to [redacted]'s message. I provided a service for her and afterwards she looked into the mirror viewing front and back. Before leaving she didn't say there was a problem. Now, a week later she contacted me with a compliant stating the front and back came undone.
I asked her to return, so I can assess the problem and do the necessary repairs. When she removed her hair scarf it was then that I saw everything she told me was false.
Her starter locs had not unraveled, so after viewing this I declined a refund. Because her hair was still intact. Even my other clients who I've started their locs and were getting maintenance were curious as to her compliant. They also didn't see anything wrong with her starter locs.
I provided a service. In addition, have been doing this for 16 years and have never gotten a compliant. I am sorry if she wasn't satisfied, but a service was provided. There will be no refund.

Review: I went to [redacted] for a hair service, I explained what I wanted done. When I got home the Hair was not done to my liking ( parts of locs was not even, some sections were too large) and back of my hair started to unravel. I informed her of what was going on, so she said I can come in and she will fix it, she then called me back and asked me what I wanted her too do and she then stated she will give me a full refund. When I went to see her she was very loud and out of control she then put her hands in my face and told me to get the hell out of her shop because at that point she said she was not going to fix my hair nor give me a refund. I had to call the cops because I felt threatened. when the cops arrived she came out with her niece and her niece was just as nasty and out of control as she was. At this point I don't want her to fix my hair I just want to try to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I paid her in the amount of $90 cash. I would like my money back as she stated she will return originally.
