All receipts, labor and completed work will be sent over to Kondaur Capital, they delayed the project for several months which included having us run around for permits and hearing appointments with the end result being they want the deposit money back because they are selling the house as is when we had a revised contract to complete the job

We never refused to provide anything to this companyThey are providing information, we let them know that we are very busy and will make time to get everything over to them we are waiting on documements from our vendors to provide a detailed transaction list, they delayed this project for almost a year having us run around for permits and variance approvals then revised the contract to do the single unit rehab when their variance was denied.Also they breached their contract by canceling the job entirelyNow they demanded a refund on a contract job deposit for almost the entire amount when materials have been already purchased and work has been completed/ labor paid
