Review: I received two e-mails from the company that had their e-mail and the correct links that advertised my ability to get an additional loan in November, I did not think that this was correct because I had just renewed my loan the month before, but I tapped on the link anyway. upon doing so a new browser window opened to a blank page that took me nowhere. upon further attempts the same thing happened. I thought nothing of it and just wrote it off until this month when I thought " well if I could have gotten a loan then I definitely can get one now so I reapplied. upon reapplying I went to their website and tried to log in to my account, when I attempted to do so I realized that I forgot my username and password so I hit the link to reset it. when I did so and entered my information the website said that I did not have an account. I knew that this was not the case because I had logged in to the website the month before. At this point I was extremely frustrated so I called customer service and talked to a representative name Karema, this individual answered some of the questions that I asked and was trite and rude. When I asked who could answer my questions since she couldn't she told me that she was the only one who could. she basically informed me that the email was automatic and they had no control over it and when I informed her that I was concerned that fraud may have occurred she interrupted me and told me that was not the case. This business has seriously upset and angered me, they supposedly care so much about helping soldiers yet they had no concern about one who may have been defrauded.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to send me copies of all signed and dated documentation and provide me with an explanation for all of the issues I have had to deal with in the past month, I would also like an apology and for them to consider employing more courteous customer service personnel. As well I would like for them to show some respect for the heroes that they serve. We do not want to come to them we have to and they know it and charge us astronomical interest isn't that bad enough?
