We are sorry that this customer was dissatisfied with our work and we will address each complaint individually. This complaint is coming 2 years after the work was fully completed.  The customer did not bring any of these issues to my attention at the completion of the job. Some of the items...

discussed by the customer were existing prior to engaging in work at the property and were not part of the scope of work from the storm damage. The utility room door was not part of the scope of work.  The customer had asked if it could be fixed and was told it would never work properly unless the door was replaced. There were existing leaks from the roofing and siding before the storm and the repairs to these existing issues were not part of our scope of work.  Where the siding was replaced, it was done so as per product guidelines.  This is the first we have heard about leaks in the siding.  As per the customer contract agreement, all of the molding was to be taken down and re-installed.  Again, this is the first time hearing about any problems with the molding.  The storm door was installed as per the manufacturer's specs.  It was in working condition upon completion of the job.  As per the customer contract and conversation, the wood floors were installed in the winter with no heat and we explained to the customer that it could take up to 6-9 months for the floor to set properly.  Throughout the duration of the job, we took great pride and care of this house and did not by any means cut corners.  We apologize that the customer feels differently.  We, at Just Perfect Home Improvements, Inc., know we completed this job with the highest quality detail and professionalism.

All issues were communicated when they occurred. Matter a fact the business came and saw our floor and said they would fix it but never did. There had been water leaking from the door after they put it in. I complained about the leak but owner aggressively yelled that they "did it right although there was water all over the door and floor. There has never been a leak prior. They were given money to fix the entire siding but only did a few pieces of siding. The siding was not put in correctly as we had it assessed by other contractors. They never sealed gaps that were remaining. All complaints have been ongoing and have existed since work began after hurricane Sandy. We are currently in the process of speaking with [redacted] and they are going to review. The contractor was sloppy and in a rush to get as many "Sandy" jobs done as possible to collect as much money as possible from those effected by the storm. Every time we made a complaint the owner was very aggressive and yelled at us. This is the most unprofessional business owner we have ever dealt with. There work was not done as stated it would be in the contract. Our floor is buckled because it wasn't put in properly, siding wasn't sealed and there are leaks around the storm door because of it. Molding around the door is now rotted. Molding around kitchen is separated. All issues we brought up as work was originally completed. Of the business owner doesn't pay for the repairs to be done we will be forced to pursue further action with [redacted] and their investigators.

Review: Just perfect homes was hired to work on our home after Hurricane Sandy. There were multiple issues with the work that was done. Leaks into home were siding was replaced and now some wood damage.New storm door put in improperly. Cupping of new wood floor. Utility room door left so it can't close fully. Reused Molding that was taken off and put back on is now separating. He was paid north of He took advantage of the situation and pushed to get work done as soon as possible to get to next job that was Sandy related. He cut corners and didn't do things as promises ..The company name Just Perfect Homes is not suitable for this business. We are going to have to spend money out of pocket to correct work that he did after Hurricane Sandy. Conversations in the past with contractor in the past have been heated and hostile.Desired Settlement: Refund of a portion of money so we can have the poor work corrected.
