I am the owner of Just Pizza at [redacted] ***In answer to this complaint, I asked all of my employees who worked that night and the other days, if anyone called and they all said they did not hear from this personSince I am here all of the time I would have known about it and handled it at that timeOur policy is if someone complains, we must see the food and we will remake it on that dayIf the food is not available we give a 20% off the next orderWe cannot always take someones word for itI always take pride in resolving all situationsFirst of all they came in and ordered the food at 7:pmwe have no idea what time they actually ate the food because that didn't call that dayIf the food is not eaten within a reasonable time, of course it will be drySince they ordered in the pizzeria they had the opportunity to look at the food before they left (which alot of people do)I can only refund a credit card on the day of purchase, and by them not calling that day tells me they just ate the food too lateWe close at midnightMost people call the same dayI think it is ridiculous for someone to call the Revdex.com for tasteless food, but that is my opinionSince there is no proof of any phone calls or food, the best I can do is give them a gift certificate for $Please advise if this is acceptable.Thank You,May [redacted] (Owner)

We tried over and over again to professional explain to her that the order was voided on her end and we never received itI emailed her this same attachment showing her the voided chargeIf there's a hold on her card it's on her banks end not oursShe charged her card as an online purchase, we did notThere is no money to refund as it shows a charge for the date 12-30-Several people tried to explain and help her with thisShe was rude when she didn't hear what wanted to hear

Both the man and woman that I spoke to at the Just Pizza Headquarters were completely beyond rudeThey made many excuses to try and cover up the fact that it was THEIR website that made the error and every excuse they tried was an impossibility- for instance- the woman said my card was declined which is impossible because there was a hold on my card for the order- so obviously it wasnt declinedThen they tried to say my address was wrong- then they said I tried to submit the order 3x and implied that I didnt have the money for the orderThey said they have thousands of online orders so they know their website works; however- months ago my brother had the exact same problem! Since they changed their website- theyre making their business worse and treating customers horriblyI have been a loyal customer for years- sometimes ordering 2x a week if needed and for them to treat me like this was horrible!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] This completely ignorant response from just pizza is exactly why I contacted the Revdex.com to stand up on my behalfAfter I wrote clearly how perfectly done the bbq wings were , this owners disrespectfull rant toward a customer is un-acceptable and shows how they do not care at all of the poor quality food they sold , the dry barely sauced or seeded - honey sesamie wing as well as the tasteless cheese steak pizzaI wrote seperate times to corporate with absolutely no response before contacting the Revdex.comNot being able to refund the card is a lieAnd to offer a discount on a future purchase is truly belligerentAfter recieving substandard food at a premium price, and being completely ignored, then ranted about, I will never give Just Pizza our bussiness ever againA full refund is in order here, if they would have resonded promptly and courteously then they could have saved us as customers with a genuine appology and fixing the order, However, just pizza has crossed the lines of a respectable bussiness by treating good customers with dis-respect, all because they served bad food
