Ms *** *** in *** *** *** **, Indianpolis, Indiana, called in on 11/25/stating she is hearing something in the walls*** the maintenance supervisor immideiately went to her apartment and identified
the rodant as a squirrel and we then called animal controlWhen animal cotrol arrived that evening after the office was closed the squirrel was gone On 11/26/*** *** (office-staff) called to follow up with Ms*** who expleined she thought the squirel was gone, but she is hearing it in the walls againAt that time we called animal control again who refused to come out because the squirell was in the wallWe then called out *** *** kwho came out the same day and layed trap, but seen no sign of the squirrel remainingAlthough we explained to the resident we had to first get the squirell out, and at that time we can sal any access points, and we did so Please see invoice from *** *** with detailed notes on the trap being set, and the apartment staff rectafying the issue to the best of our ability Per *** at *** ***, the tech will be out tomorrow 1/9/to check trap. Per the residents there has been no activity
Ms*** stopped in the office this morning and notified us that she have not heard any activity since last Tuesday 12/2/Trap was picked up *** *** this morning with nothing trappedAll access points were filled in unit *** *** *** **Please notify me if other actions are necessary to rectify this matter? The staff at The Crossings completed all task in a timely manner and do not see any compensation necessary outside of what was already done to remove the squirrel from her unit and seal access points
