I am rejecting this response because: The company hasn't credited my card a penny as they alledge on the recieptThe first order of shoes was in a quarterly package in MarchThe package was sent to Mr [redacted] but the shoes weren't in thereI called dozens of times the company had excuses why they weren't sent and refused to refund meSo I ordered another pair after being told I'd get a refund in business daysThat refund check or credit never came from the companyThe card they're saying they refunded me back to doesn't have a credit from themTheir reciepts are fraudulent and their business is a scamPlease see attached photosThe last transaction on my account was my payment

The refund was made back to customers credit card and it all depends on the customers bank.credit card company how quickly they will post it on the account Typically it could take to business days, weekends tend to delay until the following Tuesday due to bank processing days The credit should appear on the customers account next week

Our printed catalog is specifically for California Inmates in State Prison and the advertised shipping charge is for those
individualsI explained to Mr*** that our shipping carrier has a contract with the CA Dept of Corrections and they provide lower ratesState Hospitals fall under residential and therefore incur higher shipping fee'sWe do not have specific catalogs for residents in State Mental Hospitals so we send them the only catalog that we have availableIn addition I further explained that the shipping charges from the US Post Office, UPS, Fedex are much higher than what we charged themFedex Ground charges $for a 26lb box like Mr*** packageWe are working on implementing an actual freight calculation based on weight for all Residential and State Mental Hospitals which will calculate based on Fedex rates per pound and destinationThis will mean that the shipping fee will go up to actual charges by Fedex for all residential customers

I am rejecting this response because:
The company hasn't credited my card a penny as they alledge on the reciept. The first order of shoes was in a quarterly package in March. The package was sent to Mr. [redacted] but the shoes weren't in there. I called dozens of times the company had excuses why they weren't sent and refused to refund me. So I ordered another pair after being told I'd get a refund in 21 business days. That refund check or credit never came from the company. The card they're saying they refunded me back to doesn't have a credit from them. Their reciepts are fraudulent and their business is a scam. Please see attached photos. The last transaction on my account was my payment.
