We have been working with customer for many months trying to get his refund resolvedThe issue seems to be a bank to bank issue as customers banks says they have issued the wire reversal request while our bank indicates no wire request has been receivedUnfortunately his bank will not talk to us and we have no way to transact the wire without the customers bankWe have suggested many times that the customers bank and our bank need to talk if there is an issue with reversing the wire, but customer indicates his bank refuses to do soWe have been more than willing to assist and have spent excessive time on this issue in factWe still recommend customer insist his bank cooperate and contact our bank if they are unable to send the wire request as a remedy to this situation

We offer a very liberal and somewhat flexible return policy as stated on our website (see attached) and routinely exceed the stated policy of days in factWe would have been more then happy to assist in a return within a reasonable timeframe of the purchase, however by customers own admission we were not contacted about a request to return until approximately months after the purchaseWe cannot in good conscious accept a return back that would in turn be resold to another customer after being used for close to half a yearWe did in fact offer options to customer to assist in resolving the situation but these instructions were not followed

I think there is a misunderstanding hereWe are offering to honor the price of the new part even tho the one you were quoted was discontinued and cost moreYou seem to think you already paid for them however and you have notWe agree you were quoted $but that is not what you paidThe parts in question were not on that order and you paid $as shown on your previously attached invoiceWe're happy to honor the previously quoted price, however we need to collect the difference between what you paid and the quoted price

After speaking with all parties involved, my understanding is that this customers issues were resolved the day after this complaint was filedAccording to my investigation of the matter the service / product issues were a result of mis programmed main panel and the devices itself requiring a firmware update from the mfgI have also confirmed with accounting that credit was issued for the returned part as well

This retailer either falsely advertised features not present in the part that I ordered or they simply sent me the wrong partEither way it is their responsibility and their mistakeThey can spin this any way they wish, but the fact remains that they mislead me both in the product description on their website and in the information shared with me by their salesperson via telephoneAlarm System Store alone is responsible.The only "option" presented to me by the retailer was to return the item to the manufacturer and they ackowledged that the manufacturer was unlikely to accept the returnIn other words, they presented no reasonable option at all

I requested a quote and Alarmsystemstore.com provided me a price of $as you will note in email transcriptThey then told me they could price match two items in the quote to match a competitor, Item Envisalink module with price diference of 21.15, Item Potter SSX-with price difference of $for a total difference of $
The door sensors were included in the quote, at no time did alarmsystemstore ever communicate that they were not part of the quotePrice they quoted was $- $price match = $
I called alarmsystem store and they input my order into their systemI did not enter any order informationI trusted that I was dealing with a reputable company and that the e-mail transcript was sufficient record of our agreementI never reviewed the order confirmation e-mail until I received the alarm system and was short items in addition to being overcharged centsThe bottom line is the two sensors were included in the quoted price of $and I did not receive them!

Hello Mr***,I have included a copy of your order. An order confirmation that is similar to this would have been emailed to you when you placed the order. You did not order or pay for the contacts when you placed your original order as shown on order attached. These contacts
are not on our website and this would have to be special ordered from Honeywell. We originally quoted you $ ea for the contacts. Later we discovered that these contacts have been discontinued by Honeywell. Unfortunately we have no control over this. We have however found some replacements that you can order but these would be $ more each for these contacts which the total price would be $ ($7.56ea) In an effort to resolve this issue we will honor the original quote of $each which would total $& free shipping. We agree there was an initial wire reversal sentAs we advised you, it was rejected however because the wire reversal had incorrectly charged the wire reversal fees to be paid from our account rather than the requestor (you)We asked you to resolve that and resend correctlyThere has been no additional reversal request howeverIf you can show me some evidence of a second wire reversal request I'd be happy to take it to our bank for resolutionHelp me to help youEither send the wire reversal again or show me where your bank sent it correctly the second time and I will pass it to our bank contact for resolution

The device is supposed to have a full Virtual Keypad per the product page on their website as of 7/(see attachment) and feature was confirmed with the merchant's sales rep via phone prior to placing my order with that same sales rep.The device that I was sent does not have a full Virtual

I think there is a misunderstanding here. We are offering to honor the price of the new part even tho the one you were quoted was discontinued and cost more. You seem to think you already paid for them however and you have not. We agree you were quoted $752.39 but that is not what you paid. The parts in question were not on that order and you paid $726.44 as shown on your previously attached invoice. We're happy to honor the previously quoted price, however we need to collect the difference between what you paid and the quoted price.

We would have been more then happy to assist in a return within a reasonable timeframe of the purchase, however by customers own admission we were not contacted about a request to return until approximately 5 months after the purchase. We cannot in good conscious accept a return back that would in turn be resold to another customer after being used for close to half a year. We did in fact offer options to customer to assist in resolving the situation but these instructions were not followed.

[redacted]      my bank has sent two refund requests one September 25th 2016 that was canceled by alarm system store how did they not receive the request if it was canceled and a second request was sent march of 2017
