Just Service Incformer *** *** was contacted by his close friend, *** *** in late October
about a clogged sewer lateral. Our
field plumber went out to the residence on November 13, to troubleshoot
the problem and develop a plan for the repair.
The
initial find was a very large tree root had penetrated the cast iron
pipingIt was decided by the homeowner to replace the sewer lateral from the
rear of the house to the street connection.
That work was performed later that week

***, the new Plumbing Manager, personally went to the site to meet with
the homeownerThey explained issues that had been occurring with their system
The next day Just Service Incdispatched a plumber to go out and camera the
sewer lateralJust Service’s plumber found a pipe that had been missing during
the lateral repair. Due to the extreme
cold and the ground being froze, Just Service Incscheduled an underground
specialty company to come out to hydro-excavate the frozen ground and
dispatched a plumber to connect the pipe.
This was accomplished on February 6, The sewer was completed at
that pointJust Service Incinformed the homeowner that our sub-contracted
excavator would return in the spring to refill the new hole we had made and
level off the trench where we had dug

from Mr*** in early May about repairing the holes and trenchesJust
Service Inccontacted our subcontracted excavator to have the work completed
The excavator provided a dateWeather issues caused the work to be delayed a
weekThe excavator kept providing us dates to complete the repair and then
would put us off because he was too busy or had an emergencyAfter several
delays, Just Service Inccalled another landscape company. Mr*** contacted Mr*** to
explain that Just Service Incwas contacting an alternate contractor to
perform the workThe new contractor completed the work on June 8,

We researched this and found it to be true if you pay the right amount!

The Revdex.com may have lost its way, but clearly it now deviates from its past practices. This is clear from the posting of hundreds of people on many websites. Also, our research indicates the Revdex.com owns the domain www.Revdex.comsucks.com; this is a curious and maybe damning admission of guilt on the part of the Revdex.com. Presently, the Revdex.com has a F rating in Just Services eyes, and we won't charge them for this rating.
The Revdex.com is a useless form completely as proving by ABC's 20/20 investigation.

Review: Back in October we were having issues with our plumbing. Just Service ended up telling us that we needed our lateral replaced. They replaced the lateral in November however our plumbing issues were not resolved. It look months of contacting them to figure out what the problem was. (During this time we couldn't shower or use our toilet) Eventually we had another plumber look at the issue. It turns out that Just Service did not connect the lateral properly. We had to pay this second plumber to tell Just Service how to do their job. When Just Service was told what they needed to do, they eventually fixed the issue in February. They had dug a huge holes in our yard and a trench to replace this lateral. We were told that as soon as the weather was nice they would come back to our property and fill the trench/holes. As an act of good faith we paid our bill in full in February because they promised they would finish the job. As soon as the weather turned nice, we have been calling them weekly to get this taken care of. Every week they give us a day/time that they are going to come but they never show. It is almost June and this job is still not finished. We have been more than patient and we feel that 8 months of dealing with this has been way too long.Desired Settlement: We want them to come and finish the job they said they were going to do. We don't feel like we should have to wait even one more day. We would also like some sort of refund for all the trouble we had to endure because of their poor customer service and work quality.
