Just Shirts Laundry

Review: I have been using this company's dry cleaning services for approximately 11 years. Over that time approximately 2,300 shirts were laundered (11*4per week*52) as well as pants etc. On Oct 28, 2014 we dropped off several dress shirts to be laundered by the local dry cleaner. On Nov 4,2014 we picked them up and discovered one shirt was damaged. It had numerous thin areas where the threads were non existent. One could see literally thru the shirt. The dry cleaner recommended that we contact the service company (Just Shirts Laundry Inc.) I called them and spoke to Mack P[redacted] on 11-17-14 who stated that he would call me back. On 11-18-14 he called me and stated that he would not take any responsibility for damaging the shirt. The value of the shirt was approximately $70 (new [redacted] Dress Shirt)Desired Settlement: The service company (Just Shirts Laundry Inc) should take responsibility for damaging the new shirt and pay me its fair market value of $70.
