Just Smiles Dental Care

I went to obtain the digital copy of my x-rays that I paid for from the dental office and they would not release them to me. They wanted to give a paper print out of the x-rays which are not acceptable for other Dental Care offices to use and the new dental office requested the digital copy (original) to be emailed to there office. I even had the new dental office call request them and they still wouldn't release them.Product_Or_Service: Dental x-raysDesired SettlementI want the digital copy in my possession via CD or I'll provide a flash drive (stick).
