I have been using tbis service for some timeThe customer service people range from helpful to rude angry operatorsI have been recieving calls for the last months that amplfy my voice into an echo every word I sayRemember that annoying game where someone repeats whatever you say? I have asked REPEATEDLY to get this resolvedNothing has been doneI have asked times for a supervisorThey only allow a supervisor to call you backI have never received a call from a supervisorNow the inmate has been calling for days and no call rings through to meIt looks as thpugh I am ignoring the callsI am so upset with this companyThey clearly dont care about cutomers or calls, just getting the high fees they charge for every call

My cell phone had full bars. The calls would come through with one ring when answered, calls are disconnected, I don't call this cell phone without full bars, I call it poor just talk Communications service, especially when prior to this problem ther was another problem regarding inmate trying make phone calls. There was a message that all circuits are busy, please try your call later. This business should state that at times inmates may have problems getting through, due to poor cell phone reception if using a cell phone to receive collect calls. Just Talk Communications is working in refunding or providing service to all customers affected by Just Talk service termination from the carriers Just Talk has re-establishing a new Nationwide Local Phone number service, which is up and operational now Just Talk is working with
customers to re-establishing services for customers that lost their Just Talk service Sandra may either get service for the amount of service owed by Just Talk from on the new Nationwide Local Phone number service or receive a refund check on March 15st,

I have asked REPEATEDLY to get this resolved. Nothing has been done. I have asked 3 times for a supervisor. They only allow a supervisor to call you back. I have never received a call from a supervisor. Now the inmate has been calling for 5 days and no call rings through to me. It looks as thpugh I am ignoring the calls. I have NEVER heard from this company and was never refunded my money. I think they may have closed the company. I wanted it noted that Just Talk NEVER responded
