Review: Just Terraces was hired to renovate an exterior terrace and required extensive payment to start. All work was supposed to be done by employees of Just Terraces. The timeline of the job was not followed, the quality of the work was inferior, and the overall result was sloppy. To make matters worse, a Mechanic's Lien was placed on my apartment because Just Terraces, [redacted] by [redacted], subcontracted out the project and then did not pay the subcontractor. This is going to cause me to have to pay more just to bond the debt, even though I paid for the project completely.Desired Settlement: I need Just Terraces to pay the subcontractor, Phase Construction, the money due; so that the Lien can be lifted.
