Review: I ordered a specific dress that was made based off of my measurements on March 1st. The dress arrived May 15th. The dress I ordered showed long lacey sleeves in the picture. The dress that arrived had no sleeves. I contacted [redacted], the owner who said she would have the shawl made and it would arrive in approximately three weeks. The shawl arrived on June 18th. I tried the dress on with the shawl on June 19th and saw that it was not the same dress that I ordered. I sent a picture comparison of the two. [redacted] responded stating that I should have said something when I received the dress, the sale is final. This dress looks completely different than the one I received. The shawl and the dress are different.Desired Settlement: At the very least I should be receiving a partial refund. I was not sent what I paid for.
